Canning

I've started something new and exciting this year!

I have begun canning.  The reasons I decided to start canning were this....I can save a TON of money and I know where my food came from and what is in it.

I started with green beans and hoped for the best.  Little did I know I would catch the canning "bug" in the process.  

Hold on to your hats....I get a little crazy!
