Canning Peaches



I LOVE PEACHES!!

That is why I was soooo excited that my parents have a peach tree...soooo jealous!

I was blessed to have my parents share the wealth of their peach tree with my family so I decided to preserve them for the winter when it is soooooo cold out side!

I peeled and cored the peaches.  Packed then into jars and covered with boiling apple juice (used this instead of syrup).

I then processed the peaches at 5 lbs for 8 minutes.

Lids= $.27/4
Jars=FREE
Peaches=FREE
1/2 Bottle of Apple Juice=FREE (with Coupons)

Total Cost for 4 pts of Peaches= $.27
